SHIPPING & RETURNS
Absolutely No Returns! we accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition. Exchanges on cosmetics are only available if the shrink wrap is still on the product. This only applies to lipsticks and lipglosses. All other cosmetics can not be returned or exchanged.
• You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
• The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
We do not make exceptions to this policy.
Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day.

No refunds, exchanges only, a promo code will be emailed to you in the same amount of your full purchase price (including shipping) + amount for return shipping, that can be used one time only. Return shipping receipt must be submitted via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Item must be returned in original box and same condition as received, item can not be worn.
